To be eligible for next-day delivery, all orders should be placed one day before, by 15:30 hours.

Secure: A damaged product is a terrible customer experience and a financial loss that erodes profitability. In other words, it is a loss-loss situation for everyone.
The Mia has established a control process to check the products through all handling steps starting from manufacturing to delivering them to you.
The Mia products are inspected in at least three steps. Those steps can be summarized as, first while importing, second, receiving products into our DXB (Dubai) warehouse, and third, finally, while they are on their way to you.
Easy Shipping: We are trying our best to provide the best possible check-out experience and hassle-free shipping to deliver a memorable unboxing experience.
In case you are away, we will try up to two delivery attempts for each shipment.
If you ask for additional delivery attempts, you will be charged an additional shipping fee.
It is also good to know that: Our order processing hours at the DXB (Dubai) warehouse are 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday.
During the Ramadan period, the working hours will be reduced, and the cut-off date for next-day delivery is 12:00
Card transactions for COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments will be offered as a value-added service.
