The Mia has established a control process to check the products through all handling steps starting from manufacturing to delivering them to you.
The Mia products are inspected in at least three steps. Those steps can be summarized as, first while importing, second, receiving products into our DXB (Dubai) warehouse, and third, finally, while they are on their way to you.
Easy Shipping: We are trying our best to provide the best possible check-out experience and hassle-free shipping to deliver a memorable unboxing experience.
In case you are away, we will try up to two delivery attempts for each shipment.
If you ask for additional delivery attempts, you will be charged an additional shipping fee.
It is also good to know that: Our order processing hours at the DXB (Dubai) warehouse are 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday.
During the Ramadan period, the working hours will be reduced, and the cut-off date for next-day delivery is 12:00

Hi there! I’m excited to share my thoughts on the Marbre Serving Tray by The Mia. I recently bought this beautiful tray for my Dubai home, and it exceeded my expectations!
The tray is made from marble, and its dimensions are 12″” x 8″”. The natural and unique design is stunning and adds a touch of sophistication to my table, making it perfect for serving appetizers, even drinks, or displaying decorative items.
One thing I love about this tray is its durability. The marble material is luxurious and sturdy, ensuring that it will last for years to come. However, taking proper care of it is essential, as extreme temperature changes can damage the marble.
When it comes to maintenance, the tray is not dishwasher-safe, but cleaning is still manageable. Simply wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and use mild dish soap, then rinse and dry with an absorbent towel.
I must mention that the tray is not suitable for acidic foods and beverages, so be mindful of what you serve on it. Nonetheless, the Marbre Serving Tray has become one of my favorite additions to my home, and I’m thrilled with my purchase.
