Please clean our galvanized steel products with a rag dipped in fresh water that will remove any dirt or streaks on your galvanized steel. Regular maintenance will reduce the amount of dirt and chemical buildup on your steel over time and make cleaning more effortless.
Dip a rag into the dishwashing liquid and begin washing by making small circles. Use a nylon or plastic brush if needed because other brushes can interact with the steel and alter its color.
Rinse it thoroughly so that none of the dishwashing liquid residues is left. It may take more than one wave of rinsing to be thorough enough.
Completely dry the metal with a soft cloth. It is an important step, so avoid skipping it.
Avoid soaking the product in water or use other harsh cleaners. A cleaner outside the range of pH 6-12, the galvanized coating can suffer more significant corrosion than usual.
Avoid storing your steel in damp or poorly ventilated areas.
