The Mia has established a control process to check the products through all handling steps starting from manufacturing to delivering them to you.
The Mia products are inspected in at least three steps. Those steps can be summarized as, first while importing, second, receiving products into our DXB (Dubai) warehouse, and third, finally, while they are on their way to you.

In case you are away, we will try up to two delivery attempts for each shipment.

Keep dry after use, do not soak it in the water for a long time, and hang it for air drying.
The fiber's natural color is creamy white but often dyed in other colors. Tampico fiber has excellent liquid retention and releases properties - it will absorb 65% more water than plastic fillings. In addition, it has a unique surface roughness due to crystals of calcium oxalate embedded in the surface. There is no plastic substitute for Tampico fiber.
